Uniform
School uniform is compulsory at Gulyangarri Public School for all students.
When students wear a school uniform, they feel included in our school community. Learn about our uniform and where to buy it.
If students need to wear clothing other than uniform, then parents and carers are requested to send a written explanation to the classroom teacher. Students are to wear clothing close to the school uniform if they are unable to wear school uniform.

Summer Uniform
- School polo shirt with logo (short sleeve or long sleeve)
- Grey skort (girls)
- Grey shorts (boys)
- Grey socks
- Black shoes – must have laces, velcro straps, buckle or zipper. No slip-on shoes.
- School hat with logo (must be work when outside)
- White long-sleeve undershirt (optional)
- Grey tights (optional)
Winter Uniform
- School polo shirt with logo (short sleeve or long sleeve)
- School jumper or school jacket with logo
- Grey pants (unisex)
- Grey skort (girls)
- Grey tights (girls)
- Grey socks
- Black shoes – must have laces, velcro straps, buckle or zipper. No slip-on shoes.
- School hat with logo (must be worn when outside)
- School beanie with logo
- White long-sleeve undershirt (optional)
NO CARGO PANTS, TRACKSUITS, CORDUROYS, PARACHUTE MATERIAL, VISIBLE BRAND LABELS OR SLOGANS.
NO HEELS, WEDGES OR WHEELS ON SCHOOL SHOES.
NO MAKEUP, FALSE NAILS OR NON-NATURAL HAIR COLOURS.
NO NECKLACES, BRACELETS OR LARGE EARRINGS.
Important Note: Students will be unable to represent the school if they are not wearing full school uniform. This includes onsite and offsite activities.

The school uniform is available for purchase from the school. Branded items can only be purchased from the school. Unbranded items can be purchased from the school or from local retailers.
